Savage. Contending with Koon pre-prime, S5 Kenobi, and being stated by Filoni as performing better against Sidious than the B-team (implying Savage > Fisto, Tiin, and Kolar individually, not collectively) pretty firmly sits him > AotC Kenobi.

He didn't just contend with Koon, he legit defeated him while Koon was aided by Clones.
But yeh Savage wins solidly

Koon was winning, he wounded him. The clones were of no consequence, he had already killed all but one of them prior to engaging and he can no sell blaster bolts blank point. 

Savage probably wins here. I actually think TPM Kenobi with his proactivity and agility has a better chance than a more passive and stationary AotC Kenobi.

Savage vs Plo is a touchy subject.
