The Sith, probably. Might be too many for them to defeat, however.

Well the Sith if they get the drop could end the fight in seconds if the Jedi are all sitting in chairs. 

Other than that it could actually be a close fight. I think Yoda and Mace's power levels as of TPM are what really make or break it.

The Council win. Yoda and Windu can stalemate Sidious and Plagueis for a while, the other members steamroll Maul who won't resist against 10 seconds against all those guys, then gang up on the other 2 sith

Rancissis provides BM for the council, Poof/Tiin either enslave Maul’s mind or distract him long enough for anyone else to kill him within 10 seconds of the fight starting, leaving Plagueis and Sidious who honestly get dogpiled
