Qui-Gon Jinn vs Jar Jar Binks (H2H)

In TPM, Jar Jar repeatedly used his tongue to suck in food in front of Qui-Gon, Anakin, Shmi and Padme. Qui-Gon got mad, grabbed Jar Jar's tongue and said "Don't do that again" to him.

Now imagine this: Jar Jar does it again, and then Qui-Gon and Jar Jar duke it out in an unarmed fight to the death in the kitchen that they were eating in. Anakin, Shmi and Padme are the crowd, but they can't interfere. Who wins and by what extent?
