Vaylin.

Vaylin. She scales vastly above an iteration of Spirit Valkorion which can achieve the Ziost cataclysm. In addition to this she is skilled enough to hold her own in lightsaber against Dooku if the latter isn't directly ragdoll by her sheer force power.

Not sure. Dooku wins sabers in a goodish fight but Vaylin is a fair bit more powerful. However, she lacks Dooku's 80-odd years of mastery and discipline, so unless she does her Force kamikaze from the get-go or hammers him with lightning, Force blasts, etc, I'm not seeing her win. Then again, that's pretty in-character for her. She's basically the Starkiller of TOR. 

I'll say Vaylin simply because of her overwhelming levels of power, but it could easily go either way.
