Can any shatterpoint user learn Cade's healing technique?

For example, could someone like Jacen Solo or Luke Skywalker learn the technique if they can/could perceive shatterpoints?

Krayt learned it, so I don't see why others couldn't. Unless one knows it by instinct, however, it seems to require a very specific understanding of the Force and the connectedness and oneness of the universe.
