Dooku was able to ragdoll Obi-Wan, which Anakin couldn't do. So... Was Anakin Skywalker more powerful in the Force than Count Dooku?

Dooku exploited an opening in Obi-Wan's defences. Anakin faced a more powerful Obi-Wan and they were equals in combat techniques, meaning Anakin couldn't overpower him.

Anakin could stomp Dooku in the Force. A more powerful version of that Anakin couldn't stomp a more powerful Obi-Wan in the Force. So yes, both Anakin and Obi-Wan are probably (definitely in Anakin's case) stronger than Dooku.

Why did Dooku ragdoll Kenobi but not Anakin? Big difference in circumstances. Anakin and Kenobi were both using the Force at the same time. Kenobi didn't meet Dooku's power with his own. Dooku threw them both of balance and was quick to follow up. Anakin and Kenobi were both trying to fake each other out and attacked at the same time. 


And no Kenobi didn't grow any more powerful. There isn't any evidence he's any more combatively viable than he was on Utapau. He was emotionally hindered(He doesn't want to kill his brother in arms, unlike Utapau where it was just business as usual and not weighed down by emotions) and he put it aside after he let go, then he went back to feeling like shit again after it was over which calls into doubt it was a character development boost, rather than just simply a temporary suspension of emotions contingent on the situation.

Dooku Force choked and rag dolled Kenobi via superior speed, not through vastly superior TK. If it was due to vastly superior TK, he wouldn't have been in such a hurry to throw him away and slam a balcony on him.
