Holistically speaking, Vol should take it. Personally, I just can’t read the “much of the power of Luke” and think he could  be fodder to an all-out Luke (because it’s probably what Abeloth compared him to). However, I acknowledge that the quote is rather vague and has a large number of interpretations and Vol’s feats simply aren’t sufficient to win this fight.
