Think Aryn has surpassed Malgus' growth?

Malgus will win in all likelihood, though it would be interesting to see Malgus die at her hands in a similar fashion to Ven Zallow.

No but probably plot will demand the otherwise.

Aryn has spent the last 8 years or so on Dantooine. Malgus ragdolls unless BW pull a GoT.

I'm betting that there will be no fight, at least not at first. Unless Malgus legitimately has nothing better to do than to kill a retired Jedi whom he himself spared decades ago.

But if there is a fight, I'm betting on him all the way.

Aryn will have declined, not trained at all and still give him a close fight and nearly win. Finally putting to bed the notion Malgus’ “growth” as anything more than self delusion. 

The real question is how ToR could possibly hope to accurately portray their FTL combat speed.

Malgus doesn't want Aryn dead, anyway. He clearly needs something from her and the other Jedi to remove the rest of his hallucinations.

I'd be very interested to hear your logic for this.

Well, I'm hoping Malgus gets respect and it takes a strike team of the best (ie: Shadow of Revan) to beat him, but I think Aryn might best him this time around

They’re probably not going to have either tbh. The fight gets interrupted by the Outlander, who has to fight whichever one he’s not on the side of.

Consider that Malgus May be weakened for such a fight, or that Aryn grew spiritually in the force and stagnated as a saber wielded, resulting in far greater power with the force.

He will most likely ask her for her help to treat his allucinations, yeah.
