Pretty simple idea. Power in SW stems from more than just one thing, but its main factor is commonly accepted to be one's will. The premises here is: if Sion had a high midichrolion count (lets say, around Obi Wan's level), how strong do u think he couldve become while having the same amount of will he had before.
