Darth Maul (TPM) vs Obi-Wan Kenobi (AotC)

Standard stuff, no cheap shots allowed though.

Round 1: Obi-Wan retains his knowledge of Maul's fighting style from TPM.

Round 2: Obi-Wan knowledge of Maul's fighting style is removed, but all his other skills and strengths remain.

Their duel takes place in Palpatine's office.

Yes.

Round 2. Maul. Just better in every relevant department. AotC Kenobi is a patient measured paced duelist. He isn't going to fight with the same frantic determination and reckless abandon that pressured Maul in their first meeting. His skills just aren't advanced enough to compete on that level yet. And even if he did fight with the same intensity it might just serve to unbalance him as it did in Revival.
