The duo doesn't stand a chance. Luke's iterations that were several huge power-boosts below FOTJ all-out Luke were already on equal footing with Palpatine, before insane mental development, years of constant training, and the entire Yuuzhan Vong War which saw Luke get several increases in power itself.

Without DE's non-combat hacks, Palpatines have to resort to normal lightsaber combat and Force battle, where they are severely outmatched. It's gonna be a good fight, but Palpatines can't secure 1/10 wins.

Considering this Luke is vastly beyond the one who defeated DE Sheev in a duel, given Caedus’ reactions to his showings of power ,along with Ben’s musings in that very fight lead me to think he would take this without difficulty.

Considering who Luke is facing, there's no chance of one of his low showings happening here. He wins 10 times out of 10, and it's not close.

Luke knows how dangerous Sidious is and won't hold back under any circumstances. He knows he's irredeemable. Luke slaughters them both.
