i dont think so. while there are implications that vader is in fact closer to sheev more than ever before, we know that sheev is still stronger, we just dont know by how much. as far as i know though, the light side amp is not a thing in ROTJ when vader kills sheev (cough 'kills' sheev), so it may have been his own natural power
