OT: vader wins. arcann seems to be about as strong as him, if not just slightly weaker, and is very experienced in fighting too, but i think their powers arent that far part at all, to be honest. they are comparable duelists, and while arcann is more agile, and just as tanky, i think vader's superior force powers and skill, alongside his greater experience against force users of all kinds and greater wits give him the win.

Arcann takes this, his showings of power are simply much more impressive, not to mention that he had comparable, if not superior dueling accolades/feats.
