Depends. Jinn is far and away the more skilled swordsman, but Savage is far more powerful. I'll back Savage, though I'm open to being convinced otherwise.

Savage being able to press Dooku is more impressive than Jinn being able to briefly hold his own against TPM Maul.

Nightsister trance focussed Savage wins.
Any other version either dies in 5 seconds or wins in 20

Savage. Just a bad matchup for him. Koon, Kenobi, and Judd had the agility to outmaneuver him. Jinn is a come-forward fighter and he isn't going to physically overwhelm Savage. Only Grievous and a fully fired up Anakin has a chance in beating Savage in that kind of contest.

Yeah, the guy who's stated to be equal in skill to Maul, trained by Dooku and one of the best pure swordsmen in the history of the Order is a simple "come-forward" fighter and totally can't adapt to circumstances, right?

Yeah, the guy who's stated to be equal in skill to Maul,
@O-Siri: Being less than equal in Maul in weapons training doesn't = the nessasary agility he lacks to outmanuver Savage, which he would need to since it's unlikely he's overpowering him, with his typical come-forward approach.

@O-Siri: You know a lot of one-off characters written to be fodder for the mains have the exact same creditials.

@O-Siri: Sure he can adapt to the extent that he is physically able. And yes he is a come-forward fighter, that's what age does to fighters, takes away your mobility and speed, forcing them to rely on strengh and experence. He was a bit more agile in 53 BBY when he was 40, which is about where most Jedi physically peak, but come JA-TPM he rarely uses acrobatics anymore, it's how the character is presented and the data I'm basing my fight prediction on. If you want to make your fight prediction based on generic accolades and hype as well unproven feats go for it.

Savage wins via raw power and tendency of abusing strength.

Qui-Gon is too skilled, and he’s got enough strength to not get Gallia’d.

Savage got lucky with Gallia. Her kick did nothing and he attacked while she was off-balance, allowing him to push her then headbutt-stab her. Jinn won't make that mistake.
