Post-"revival" ROS Palpatine

DE is still leagues above him, even though RoS Palps is overpowered by Legends standarts.

The one who didn't lightning himself to death and couldn't figure out how to turn off his lightning blasts while fighting a horrendously amped Rey.

??? RoS TK ragdolled a whole fleet with just his hands, and with no prep time, at all. This is comparable with DE Sidious’s force storms. Sidious got beat fairly by Luke, while Rey was tremendously amped on top of that.

RoS Sheev ragdolls a million Star Destroyers in the movie.

Palpatine had also just drawn upon energy from the duo on top of his own. In other words: he was amped.

That energy only replenished him, there's no proof he was amped, and the ISD feat occurs before that.
