Asajj Ventress vs Darth Malgus

Who wins?

Been done. Malgus wins.

Ventress.

Reasons for both?

Arguably more powerful, a lot stronger, fast enough to keep up with her and skilled enough to hold his own against Arn, Tau and the Outlander in their prime for a short time.

Ventress contending with Anakin and scarring his face in a duel a few months out from RotS is better.

Her showings against far more powerful foes are impressive, even way before her prime. Capable of fighting multiple foes and her strength in the Force is not to be underestimated. Her saber skills are way above Malgus as far as I can tell. Only thing she is inferior at should be Force knowledge and powers however due to her past and experience with Dooku, I doubt Malgus can past her defenses and she should be able to defend herself against him and manage to took him down using her saber skills and comparable power.

its really not lol anakin is semi famous for having trouble against characters below his paygrade. same thing vader suffers from, which makes sense, since they are the same person.

Outlander has impressed me more than pre-ROTS Anakin as a swordsman tbh (he's also a fair bit more powerful), and Malgus held his own against him (including apparently fooling him with illusions temporarily) and knocked him off his feet and backwards, not to mention also holding off an advanced level padawan capable of slaughtering entire groups of slavers and a war veteran at the same time as holding off the Outlander in an actual duel. Although I'll concede that the Outlander wasn't actively defending against the push, he still broke through the Outlander's passive barrier, which is pretty damn impressive in and of itself.

Plus, pre-ROTS Anakin has some pretty suspect showings, including struggling with Barriss Offee before tapping into his anger.

Well to be fair he wasn't trying to kill her since walking into the court room with a dead body wasn't going to cut it. Once he got serious when she sliced the second saber in half he quickly wrapped the fight up.

FE Malgus cleans the floor with her. She's not even as strong as an ACT III Barsen'thor nevermind the other three.
