By holistic intent: Luke.

I'd favour Luke though tbh.

Probably Luke wins in-universe but judging by the movie, I'd say Snoke.

Luke didn't run away from Snoke. Luke went into self-exile because he'd come to believe that having the Jedi in the galaxy was only making things worse. Luke had grown disillusioned with the way of the Jedi. This doesn't have anything to do with how Luke feels about Snoke. 

I'd definitely give this to Luke. It hurt Snoke to simply stand up and try to move. Sure, Snoke had some impressive displays of the Force, but so did Luke. The two might be roughly on par with each other in the Force, but the moment you factor in martial ability, Snoke becomes a cakewalk for Luke.
