Prime Luke (Canon) vs. RotS Sidious (Canon)

Sidious if TROS leaks are true.

Don't the leaks say that Palps force lightnings a fleet out of the sky?

Isn't RotJ Luke near RotJ Sidious in the Canon?

No. 

Anyway, Luke is too much of a coward to show up so he kills himself trying to astral project in without a nexus. Unhappy with this, Sheev punches a hole into the time room, travels to Luke and vaporises him with his fleet busting lightning.

Luke has been shown to be more powerful at this point. Despite cutting himself off from the Force, being able to disintegrate a hut and instantly sever a Force connection between two people as well as project yourself across the galaxy is a pretty insane couple of feats.

No idea. For all we know TLJ may not be prime Luke

We have no idea what Luke's prime is actually like in Canon yet. We should probably wait until after the Rise of Kylo Ren comic is out before speculating. TLJ is definitely not Luke in his prime, and he has already demonstrated some insane feats. 

I hesitantly give this one to Luke, but again, there's no way to know for sure either way.

What did prime Luke do other than try to kill his own nephew and fail to stop Kylo Ren, FREAKING KYLO REN OF ALL PEOPLE! From slaughting his order?

Palpatine wiped out Luke's order with lightning from the sky. Kylo has yet to slay a single Jedi.

Prime Luke is consistently rumored to have pulled down a Star Destroyer. But Palps has that beat honestly.
