All we know about KOTFE Satele is that she underwent the same training that the Outlander did which boosted the latter from being fodder to Arcann to something resembling an equal in a few months, and allowed him to grow until he was Vaylin's superior by the end of KOTET. While obviously Satele's growth was nowhere near this drastic, she was still considered one of the most powerful Force users in the galaxy, could react to an attempted blitz by a post-training Outlander, and scales above pre-training Outlander.

I don't believe that she'd win convincingly, but she should win the Force rounds. However, she goes down in sabers.
