Sidious vs team (SI version)

Gotta love comicvine. Just came back from a thread in which ROTS Sidious stomps Grevious, Ventress, Savage, Dooku, and Maul at the same time. What do u guys think of that?

Sidious wins barely. Not a stomp at all.

I can see a case for team winning, if the match stuck purely to sabers. Sidious could definitely win with heavy abuse of Force powers, though.

Yeah Sheev wins. We've already seen the two strongest guys here (Dooku and Maul) go down incredibly swiftly to Sidious-tiers and lower. If Sidious decides to invoke his full offensive arsenal, the numbers won't matter.

Loses. There are just too many factors to consider for him to win.

Dooku performed pretty well against Yoda, who is Sidious tier. Maul also could hold his own for some time. Team may take it extreme diff. Either way, it won’t be a walk in the park for Siddy

Dooku got Force Choked across the galaxy by Sidious effortlessly, Sidious wasn't even trying against Maul and Savage, he is leagues above them. Not to mention how Dooku and Maul both scared as hell from Papa Sheev.

No evidence Dooku was trying to defend himself or break Sheev's grip. He wouldn't anyway, since doing so would tick Sidious off even more.

Doesn't matter. Maul landed a hit on Sheev, and with the help of all of these other combatants he could probably do so again.

Not to mention how Dooku and Maul both scared as hell from Papa Sheev.

How come it does not matter? We all saw what Sheev was capable of doing if he is serious. Had he been serious against Maul, he'd blitzed him again just like he used to against the Zabrak.

No, it shows that they were afraid of him because he was more powerful. It doesn't indicate how big this disparity actually was.

There's a difference between actively and passively defending yourself, even in Legends. It takes much less effort to overwhelm a passive barrier than one where your victim is actively resisting you.

Either way someone as strong as Dooku has quite a potent barrier. Besides, there isn't any indication of Dooku resisting to Sidious' choke or not. Still, Sidious managed to choke Dooku across lightyears without effort which shows his insane strength in the Force.

Dooku cannot contend with Sheev considering how he faired against a far less powerful and a lesser combatant such as Anakin in IH. Grievous, Ventress and Savage would all got B-Team treatment and instantly get blitzed by the Sith Lord. And I am not even mentioning the powers Sidious can deploy against the team.

Considering Dooku was unafraid of Yoda, it actually shows that he knows how powerful Sidious is. Both viewed Palpatine as the strongest being in the galaxy.

Which is true, but this is like saying that because Revan pierced novel Vitiate's barrier while the latter was focused and not preparing a defence then he's ~ or > novel Vitiate.

Besides, there isn't any indication of Dooku resisting to Sidious' choke or not.

It's pretty clear that he wasn't.

Still, Sidious managed to choke Dooku across lightyears without effort which shows his insane strength in the Force.

Never denied Sidious is stronger, only that he's not leagues above Dooku.

Zonakin was pretty much a tier 9 and had a massive physical and form edge, which Sheev does not have.

Grievous, Ventress and Savage would all got B-Team treatment and instantly get blitzed by the Sith Lord.

I'm afraid I don't understand your point here. Yoda matched Sidious blow for blow, and Yoda also failed to stomp Dooku. 

As for Dooku's relationship with Yoda, he was unafraid of Yoda because while he knew Yoda was stronger, Yoda wouldn't instantly try to kill him or do it in a painful way. Sidious would kill Dooku if he wanted and would do it as painfully as possible. Bear in mind Dooku also thought dark side Yoda >>> Sidious.
