I think Mara, Kyle, and Saba have pretty good shots, also probably Jacen.

The only ones I think *definitely* beat Maul are Kyp and Luke though.

I can see Mara maybe, but Kyle? How and why?

Anakin Solo can too. He’s noted as a superior of Kyp during the Vong war.
