It doesn't say that. It says Vader is the most powerful sith in the galaxy. Sidious is also a Sith. So Vader > Sidious.

Contradicted by Vader being scared sh*tless of Sidious per Lucas, the canon comics and the films. It's quite clearly written without Sidious in mind. Bear in mind that Sidious is barely known about at this point power-wise, and this is written in-universe. Few if any beings beyond Mas Amedda and Vader know what God is capable of, and fewer still know that he has the Force.

Has anyone not considered that this piece of info could be taken from the perspective of Cal and Cere? We know for a fact Cal or Cere haven't faced Sidious (yet). So they have no reason to believe he is the most powerful sith in the galaxy.
