Foundry Revan's power level is unknown when compared to the others, so there's no real way to judge whether he increased in power from KOTOR, for example, or decreased, so I'm not going to rank him. All we know is that SOR Revan is definitely stronger than him.

Only one I can comment on is the gap between Reborn and SoR, where it'd probably be a 3-4 or 4-5.
