Team edges out. Yaddle and Poof are both powerhouses in their own right while Rancisis can potentially  provide support with his battle meditation.

this jedi team lacks combat feats to imply they could take down the third most powerful sith lord of the banite line .
i often wonder why people hold yaddle in such high esteem
she did nothing that spectacular (combat wise) and she never faced anyone of note in a duel .

tenebrous takes this .
poof and rancissis would be little more than fodder in this fight .
this would look much like sidious vs the B-team with yaddle as the last one standing but going down eventually .


it would take RoTS anakin , mace or yoda to beat this guy .
kenobi could beat him in sabers
but he is a ragdoll material for tenebrous in a force department .

Not a way of determining his base power level tbh, what a Force sensitive can do within their last moments of life or under certain circumstances shouldn’t be used as a means of gauging their base power. Otherwise Kenobi would be>>>>Yoda in speed

Tenebrous probably, Banite scaling is too potent.

tenebrous shouldnt blitz all of them, but he is easily faster them. he is also smater, by a good amount, and knows way more and better force powers. he is also way stronger than any of them by scaling

If you don’t troll, then why do you think so? Is there a way to compare Poof with Tenebrous and say with confidence that the second will not be able to repeat this feat? Yoda implies that every Jedi of the High Council is able to neutralize this device.

I would say that Tenebrous is definitely above average HC, based on Banite scaling.

OT: Tenebrous wins. Yaddle is perhaps the only member of the team who can cause him problems.

All Yoda is saying in that specific panel is that they need to find the device, not necessarily use their power to diffuse it. And even then, I think what Yoda is referring to physically is destroy it before it can cause damage. What eventually happened what obviously not planned. Honestly, I don’t think every PT council master is planetary. 
But let’s pretend Yoda is saying that. What says the other masters could have done that in under the same circumstances?

Having said that, I don’t believe that’s enough to place him above Tenebrous as the latter has Banite scaling, but with Yaddle and Rancisis I do think they could prevail.

In any case, non-Council Jedi Knights were not sufficiently trained for the assignment. Yoda left one master for each important planet to protect them, and I think the possibility of activating the device was also provided by them. It is much easier for me to believe that every Jedi of the highest council is on a planetary level than that there is a huge power gap between Poof and everyone else. At least the latter does not make any sense, and nothing but this feat (which is difficult to compare with other members of the High Council) does not indicate this. Even if we assume that Poof is indeed one of the most powerful Jedi of his time, the higher tiers (Yoda, Mace, Anakin, Kenobi) will still scale from him.

imo, Tenebrous is closer to the level of Dooku, and if the team can defeat him, then only with the help of proper teamwork.

Not sure it really matters considering again the huge power and mastery growth from PoD to Bane's prime. Not to mention then Banite scaling for dozens of generations, finalised with Tenebrous' insane scaling over his master. Tenebrous found Banite teachings "simplistic".
