- Ahsoka as of the end of Season 5 of The Clone Wars
- Obi-Wan as of his fight with Maul on Naboo in The Phantom Menace
- Fight takes place on Naboo where Kenobi and Jinn fought Maul
- Rest of the rules are standard

Ahsoka, while several years younger than Kenobi at that point, is far, far more experienced in live combat. Constantly fighting on the front lines of the Clone Wars, and regularly encountering foes like Asajj and Grievous, has helped Ahsoka develop at an extremely fast rate. Mace was ready to Knight her after the framing incident, when she was still just 16. That alone speaks volumes for how far along in her training she was.
I love Obi-Wan, he's probably my favorite character, but I just don't see TPM Kenobi beating S5 TCW Ahsoka without the same rage boost that let him contend with Maul.

Ahsoka, probably. More experience in blade-to-blade combat, considerably more initiative/ability to think on her feet, more agile, and comparably skilled.

She's had the experince fighting big clone wars fighters such as grevious and ventress .
She's also probably the faster and more agile fighter here as well

You pretty much answered most of your own counters. But Grievous did not toy with her in their S5 duel. Though its fair to mention its TCW Grievous, its still a decent feat

To be fair, Filoni did say that Anakin taught Ahsoka how to fight really large opponents like Vader, which suggests that she is optimised to do well against them. Grievous is bigger than Vader, but unlike Vader, Grievous didn’t train Ahsoka.
