Pre pool Taalon should be a level 8, given his position as a sith high lord in the Lost Tribe, which would place him as far above the Sith Lords, including Rhea and Galaan, and is overall noted for his power in various occasions. Post pool is technically Luke tier, but he’s completely incapable of wielding his power effectively, in fact he struggles agains Ben.
