Yoda vs Sidious vs Mace vs Luke vs KFV vs Dooku - read OP

This is purely a saber battle. Force augmentation can be used but must be proportionate, e.g. Luke or Sidious can't augment themselves to the point that they can blitz everyone or batter them down with their strength, only so that they're on even footing.

The point of this is to find out who people think is the most skilled duellist out of the six.

All of the combatants are bloodlusted. They're not holding back under any circumstances but cannot use the Force for anything more than augmentation.

Vaapad can only be used by Mace to reach his peak like in ROTS. Just as Force augmentation can't be used to gain an advantage over the other combatants, Mace can't amp himself further than the peak limit.

No teamwork is permitted. This is purely a free-for-all. Anakin won't be tempted to help Sidious for example, and the same goes for Mace and Yoda.

Combatants start 10 metres apart.

Prime (skill wise) iterations for all. 

Who wins, and in what order do they go down?

Sidious

That's my wager. Maybe Sidious is > Mace in overall skill, not entirely sure.

Yoda = Sheev = Mace in skill - this is a fact.

Hmm, it's possible to argue that. Can you lay out your reasons?

I know for example that you can apply the tier 9 stuff, in that tier 9's are all equally skilled, and that victory comes down to external factors, amongst other arguments.

In terms of my list, I'm talking about the smallest differences in skill. For example, I don't think Qui-Gon and Maul or Dooku are that different in terms of lightsaber skill.

yoda is the best duelist there ever was .

it is very hard to rank the rest on this list .
because no matter how would your personal ranking look like
there will always be a lot of arguing and bi...ing from the other users so i will stay clear of this .

also given the circumstances of this fight RoTS kenobi should be included ,
he is up there with these guys purely in sabers and when blitz is not an option for the tier 9s .

Wasn't it stated somewhere that Anakin had the least amount of flaws in his form among the tier 9s?

Nice, gels nicely with Gillard's tier 9 stuff.

I don't take that to be a really precise statement that RotJ Sidious, Mace and Yoda are exact equals in dueling skill.

This seems like a good list. Luke's shown the most prodigious dueling skill, and Yoda arguably defeated Sidious in the dueling portion of their fight. Not sure how Mace vs. Sidious would go since apparently they were stalemating in RotS with equalized Force power before Anakin arrived.

Dooku's makashi is probably the most efficient combined with the hype for his dueling skill.

This is tough though - in pure skill they're all pretty close.
