With Canon versions of each, Koth should handle this battle fine.

Eeth held his own for longer against Grievous, while injured, than Adi Gallia has in either of her duels against the cyborg general. He also fought near-evenly with Vader, managing to get at least a few hits in (judging by the somewhat tattered appearance of Vader at the end of the duel). I consider this a much better feat than Gallia's performance against Grievous, or her poor performance against Savage.
