Neither of them have anything even touching Tenebrae and if you had a real argument for why they do, you'd be making it.

Does Dooku lose to a non-Force sensitive? Does Dooku walk into lightsabers? Does Dooku get blindsided by Astromech droids?

Even if Valk’s more powerful he simply can’t hang in combat. In fact Dooku calls in Grievous who’s combatively far beyond Valk and he solos for Dooku to be honest.

Valk ragdolled Vaylin, The Outlander and Arcann, so I'd say he wins. You can quibble over which of the teams is more powerful, but ultimately I don't think this team eclipses that team to the degree that they can make up for a ragdoll gap (I'm not even sure this team is stronger than the KOTET trio).
