He must break through the active Force barriers of the following prepared fighters with uncharged telekinesis and subsequently choke them to death. The gauntlet is in rough order, but feel free to evaluate each one separately.

Rots Sidious probably stops at Vjun Dooku (given that Yoda could not overwhelm him) while the other 2 incarnations of Palpatine clear.

TPM maul is sub RoTS kenobi whom in turn is ragdoll material for dooku (under the right circumstances)
RoTS sheev could definitely ragdoll TPM maul given his CW self choked dooku as only a holo projection across the galaxy .
