Bane because of more impressive feat in term of: Willpower, FL, Durability. And I think a better duelist.

I'll wait to see what a certain Bane fan called @LSDMB has to say on the subject before making my decision.

I think they're pretty comparable in power, though that is based on a really rough eyeball; Dooku seems too close to Sidious for Bane to be on that level, but characters lower than Maul may not have his feats. Maul likely has better skill and training though, so I'd give him the edge.

EDIT: ah, TPM Maul? Bane wins outside of maybe sabers then.

Maul wins in sabers, Bane wins in Force.
