Probably stops at Tenebrous and Windu. However my knowledge of Vastor is rusty and my opinion can change.

I honestly have no idea about how effective Vastor is without the nexus (it’s time to read Coruscant Nights), as for Vastor with the nexus, he stops at Hett for the jedi and Maul for the Sith.

With the nexus, hard stop at Windu and Tenebrous/Dooku. Without it, he stops at Kenobi and Ventress/Maul.

Disagree with the order, but stops at Kenobi for Jedi

Stops at Savage for Sith

nexus doesn't mean much to me tbh, because Vastor's showings are all on a nexus, but if the hype Mace gives is true he should stop around Mace or Yoda for different reasons

as for the Sith, again Savage, not due to power, but mindset.

Kar Vastor is a very physical opponent, Savage has better all around physicals though.
