Top Fifteen Tournament - New and Updated Format

Ant raised his concern to me about how my list lacked a serious approach, which made me realize I have no good reason to ignore certain things in the lore just because I don't like them (like the Maul supremacy quote). So, in good faith, I had to make some adjustments;

Pretty sure Ventress scales above Maul, as would plenty of the RotS Jedi (e.g. Aayla Secura).

@BoD Well if you look closely I have Maul below Dooku and Mace. If we are thinking of the same Lucas quote, I don't really interpret it to mean Dooku is necessarily weaker than Yoda and Windu. Dooku's showings against Yoda are just as good as Mace's showing against Sheev imo.

I mean his only feat that would have benefitted from the power he gets from the Ravager is when he fought Meetra and her strike team. And even in that case Nihilus was starved from his trip to Telos and severely weakened when he tried to Drain Meetra and then further weakened by Visas. Most of his other feats do not benefit from the Ravager amp.

The TK feat would not benefit from either the amp he gets from Force users or the Ravager. And whilst he was amped by Malachor, he still had to overcome the powerful gravity wells, carry the ship itself, keep the ship together and move the ship and this is disregarding the other fleet. This was all before he even drained a single planet, which would have made him a lot more powerful later on.

Nihilus stomping Kreia, a powerful force user in her own right, does not benefit from any Ravager amp either.

As for the tournament, I was saying that, if we disregard the amp he gets from Force users, it would not ruin the point of the ranking list. Let's say we ignore the amp he gets from Force users and Nihilus ends up getting ranked #13 for example. This means that Nihilus at the minimum is a #13. So Nihilus's actual rank (with amp into account) possibly ranges from #13 to #1. So if Nihilus's actual rank was #10  (we won't be able to determine this I am just assuming this to explain), then all that does is shift every user from #10 to #12 up one rank. So Nihilus would go from #13 to #10 and the previous #10 goes to #11 etc (this is the real list, but we won't be able to determine this)... Essentially, even if we ignore Nihilus's amp the list does not get ruined. At worst every user who should not have been ranked higher than Nihilus is simply 1 position stronger than where they should be. I will try showing what I mean below.

The quote excludes Dooku as a rival or peer of Sidious, and numerous c-canon sources from the ROTS novel to YDR support that.

As for his performance against Yoda, that was a much weaker Yoda than his ROTS self, and Dooku was still losing that fight.
