Vader wins even without Maul pretty handily.

Vader in the suit starts out at 80% of ROTS Sidious level.

His Cybernetic already gives Him strength on the level of force users augmenting there powers...and this is without him using the force to make himself much stronger.

Vader doesn't really have much of place amongst these guys, being below Qui Gon and all. Dooku respectably above Maul.

@Ziggy I'd say Vader immediately after ROTS stomping multiple jedi masters with high accolades on Kessel is impressive enough to put him beyond Qui Gon Jinn.

okay then, dooku's feats/scaling blow the shit our of maul's. If we're eliminating canon there's actually zilch that puts maul in the same tier as kenobi telekentically. There's zero reason to think dooku can't just snap maul's neck here.
