AOTC Yoda vs ROTS Obi Wan Kenobi

Probably Kenobi.

Yoda could wreck if inclined to do so. Kenobi can definitely hold his own in sabers for a short while but even in that regard (which is his only avenue of a possible victory) he’d eventually be overwhelmed

Nah per Lucas Yoda as of AoTC is like an 8 and equal to Dooku so he's absolute trash. ROTS Kenobi ragdolls

Kenobi was an 8 as of ROTS, as well.

Kenobi did far worse vs Dooku but was showing parity with Anakin who is stronger. 

I give it to Obi Wan

Anakin is not stronger than Yoda. Yoda beat Dooku comprehensively and completely, as per the script and both novelizations. A disinterested Yoda fought a determined to prove himself Dooku with a heavy heart and a sigh of reluctance and still kicked his ass without taking things into second gear. If he fought with righteous conviction like his very survival and the future of the Jedi depended on it,  as he fought Sidious he would have utterly flattened him in less than 10 seconds.

While Yoda was likely holding back so was Anakin during the second phase of the Invisible Hand fight. And even then he was pushing Dooku to his limits before using his furnace heart.
