Who is wiser: Obi-Wan Kenobi or Qui-Gon Jinn?

Canon and Legends material is allowed to determine the conclusion. The versions of Kenobi and Jinn that are to be considered are the ones near the end of their lives i.e. 57 year old Obi-Wan and 60 year old Qui-Gon.

Qui-Gon by far.

Obi-wan says some things to Ezra that denote a greater understanding of life as a whole and a mastery of self. Qui gon can't compare, though I haven't read Master and Apprentice the new book so I might be wrong

Honestly, Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon was extremely wise prior to his death but still, he gained greater understanding of the Force and the universe after becoming a Force Ghost. He shared all his knowledge and wisdom with Kenobi and Yoda. So technically, we have a Kenobi who witnessed the rise and fall of governments, experienced greatest loss one can ever have and forced to live in an exile. Combine all of them with everything Qui-Gon learned and we surely have a wiser person than TPM Jinn.

At the time of their respective deaths, Kenobi was the wiser of the two.

Though as detailed in From a Certain Point of View, much of Kenobi's wisdom stemmed from his 'training sessions' with the spirit of Qui-Gon on Tatooine.
