What is the pro Yoda AOTC Argument?

Name of the thread says it all. I have heard Jake and his acolytes argument for Dooku being relative to Yoda in AOTC, but I haven't heard the other side

literally nothing. no note of him growing stronger post TPM, so he is likely ventress lvl after all
